    Judges’ Study Committee Meetings. As Vice Chair of the Chancery Judges Conference, I worked closely with the Mississippi Judicial College in organizing and presenting programs for the judges’ continuing legal education meetings.

  • The Mississippi Supreme Court adopted one of my opinions in a case on appeal as a “model opinion”. The opinion
    included an extensive discussion of the maxims of equity. It is cited at R.E. v. C.E.W., 752 So.2d 1019 (Miss. 1999).
